IPX1 & IPX2 Rain (Drip) Test Chamber

The Presto IPX1 & IPX2 Rain (Drip) Test Chamber is designed to test how strongly electrical and electronic systems withstand water dripping under controlled conditions. Rain test chamber follows IEC 60529 standards and covers two use cases: IPX1 for water falling straight down and IPX2 for dripping water when the enclosure sits at a 15-degree tilt.

A calibrated drip mechanism spreads water evenly across the test area. This keeps exposure consistent throughout the run which is really what determines whether the results mean anything. The turntable system rotates the specimen at a controlled eccentricity, making sure every surface gets equal exposure and nothing gets missed along the way.

Flow control is tight and the build holds up well under regular use.
